We have a new tracking approach, using a recently expanded Google Analytics program. This system allows us to create a tracking system for each client's Resources & Tools website. Now, we can track each of their main sections as well as the homepage.
Now our clients can go into their own Google Analytics reports to see how many hits they have had on their Resources & Tools site sections.
Seeing which topics users are visiting allows our clients to shape business assistance workshops, articles, emails, and social media to meet the needs and interests of their local companies.
